New reports from people who feel scammed by William Edward Summers

We never found any information about William Edward Summers until after we were ripped off by him for $1,300. I started this site as a place to find information before you choose to hire him but so far it seems with little success in preventing new victims.

Be sure to call the Police. If they tell you it is a civil matter make a report anyway and tell them about all the other people who have been taken by him. There are dozens of people listed in the records provided here. That seems to be criminal fraud. Even a small amount of money - if it is added to other victims - is Fraud over $5000 and that is a serious charge.

A file was started in Victoria BC (Saanich Police at 250-475-4321) and they need more complaining victims to make the case. Call the Police, no matter how much he took from you. It will help in the long run to stop him from continuing this game with people and taking more from others.

Also, contact the Better Business Bureau in your area. We searched the BBB before we hired him, but we didn't do a National Search by mistake and there was no complaints already in our city.
